2014 Range Rover Evoque Convertible Coming Soon

It seemed to be a boomerang for the Range Rover, the article lapse of three months after their statements reveal that Range Rover will not produce Convertible Concept, now there is a report claiming that the convertible SUV will be presented in 2014.

One of the reliable sources from companies who declined to be identified is, has given a bit of news that the manufacturer is currently preparing the latest variant of their Range Rover Convertible Concept that has been approved to enter the production phase.

"Convertible Range Rover now has the green light from the company, and it indicates that these variants will be built", said a source to the Range Rover WhatCar.com

The new vehicle has been reported that there has been scheduled to enter the production phase in 2014 with a fabric roof model.

This model will take the base three-door coupe version, which does not have to require major structural changes. This model will reportedly also share engines with the previous models.

And for now, the Range Rover Evoque is available with a choice of three powerplants. Petrol engine with a capacity of 2.0 liter that produces 240 bhp, 2.2-liter diesel ED4 with a power of 150 bhp and 2.2 liter diesel SD4 which delivers a power of 190 bhp.
